Bill Gray, our Head of AI, is passionate about experimenting with cutting-edge technologies and finding innovative solutions to complex problems. He thrives on pushing boundaries and discovering new ways to implement AI that drive real results for businesses. With a forward-thinking mindset, Bill has been instrumental in spearheading all AI initiatives at our company, particularly focusing on the development of AI Customer Agents, designed to cater to the diverse needs of businesses, whether small or large.

Bill’s journey into the world of technology began with a computer science degree from Paisley Tech in the early 1990s. Shortly after, he founded his first company within the Strathclyde University incubator, laying the groundwork for a career built on innovation and technical expertise. From these early days, Bill’s focus has been on delivering tangible, scalable solutions for a wide range of clients.

His career experience spans various industries, including UK government programs, where he contributed to energy initiatives, R&D tax schemes, and special high-level projects. Throughout his career, Bill has demonstrated a unique ability to adapt to different challenges, consistently delivering groundbreaking technologies and creating complex APIs to streamline processes and enhance business performance.

He has successfully developed solutions for major clients like NHS Scotland and Showerings Cider (Tauntons). Bill’s versatility is further demonstrated by his creation of a pensions program for Carlsberg Tetley and his development of dialer systems for call centers. In the early 2000s, he was an early adopter in the e-commerce space, launching online stores using Miva Merchant and founding a stationery business—illustrating his entrepreneurial spirit.

Bill’s broad experience, technical knowledge, and inventive approach allow him to stay ahead of the curve, continuously advancing AI technology to deliver value-driven solutions that benefit our clients and enhance the future of business operations.
