Armed with a Master’s in Supply Chain Management and certifications in ISO standards, project management, and process improvement, Inese combines practical expertise with a forward-thinking mindset. She’s committed to helping organisations work smarter, grow faster, and stay ahead.
Graeme Nelson, Co-Founder of IPGN Solutions, is a Chartered Engineer with over 40 years of experience across the energy sector, including roles at John Brown Engineering, GE, Baker Hughes, and HMH. His expertise spans controls, electrical, and mechanical systems, with a strong focus on automation and operational excellence.
He led the development of automated control systems for a groundbreaking 1359MW power station and has delivered high-impact solutions in fast-paced service environments, improving reliability and efficiency for global clients.
A certified Black Belt at GE, Graeme has built ISO-aligned frameworks and driven process improvement through lean methods. His passion now lies in translating deep engineering experience into modern business and software solutions, bringing strategic insight, consistency, and innovation to every project.
Bill Gray leads IPGN’s AI innovation with a passion for solving complex problems and building tools that deliver real business results. With a background in computer science and over 30 years of experience, he has led projects focused on AI customer agents and large-scale software systems.
He began his tech journey at Paisley Tech and founded his first company through the Strathclyde University incubator. Since then, he has worked across sectors, developing solutions for clients such as NHS Scotland, Carlsberg Tetley, and UK government programmes.
