What We Aimed For
At IPGN Solutions, our goal was to find a forward-thinking company willing to embrace innovation, trial new systems, and work in a fast-paced environment to provide invaluable feedback on our application and its features.
In September 2023, at the SPE Offshore Conference, we met Alex Leddy from Intervention Rentals. His extensive industry experience and deep knowledge of ERP systems immediately aligned with our vision, and our early conversations were highly promising. It quickly became clear that Intervention Rentals shares our commitment to progress and excellence. Building on this mutual understanding, we soon formalized our partnership with a signed collaboration agreement.
Our Collaboration Journey
Working with Intervention Rentals has been transformative for our team. We offered comprehensive support along with a free deployment and testing period, creating an environment ripe for innovation and growth. In return, the Intervention Rentals team provided candid feedback and let us observe our CRM in action using their real-world data. This hands-on collaboration not only accelerated our development timeline but also allowed us to fine-tune features to better serve all our clients.
Before implementing our current CRM system with End to End, our customer relationship processes were entirely manual and quite fragmented. This not only made our day-to-day operations cumbersome but also significantly hindered our ability to scale efficiently and maintain consistency in customer engagement. The transition to End to End marked a pivotal moment for us.
